My Story
I'm Xavier Roldán, a Team Lead and senior developer with 7 years of experience in enterprise applications.
Before coding I spent over 15 years in B2B sales, automotive and IT support. That taught me to listen to clients, understand their business and commit to results.
In 2019 I trained as a backend developer (IT Academy Barcelona Activa and CIFO La Violeta) and since then I've worked at MinIT, where I lead a 3-5 person team for Arval, Athlon in 6 countries (Spain, Italy, Portugal, UK, Belgium and Sweden) and Santander Leasing Sweden, and act as Scrum Master for the international team.
We've delivered 15+ projects in 2 years. My focus is CI/CD pipelines and REST APIs, working with .NET, Java, Angular and Oracle SQL.

I just earned my PER (Recreational Skipper licence) and I'm looking forward to sailing to Mallorca. Sailing is a passion.
